Background

State and federal regulations provide people who receive services various rights, protections and safeguards. These services protect a person from violation of his/her human and civil rights.

Consumer safeguards and protections are addressed through various mechanisms. The following resources provide access to several services that ensure the health and welfare of people who receive services through state-developed standards.
