Terms of Settlement Agreement:

License Holder’s family child care license shall be placed on conditional status for a period of two years from the effective date of this Settlement Agreement.  While under the conditional license, the License Holder shall comply with the following terms:

i. Within 60 calendar days of execution of this settlement, License Holder must complete a Supervising for Safety training course, either in-person or online, and provide documentation to Wright County. This provision is in addition to the annual training requirements as listed in Minnesota Statutes, section 245A.50.

ii. Within 60 days of execution, License Holder will provide Wright County with a detailed written plan that addresses how she will provide required supervision to each age group at all times. This plan must be approved by Wright County. License Holder agrees to comply with the approved supervision plan at all times.

iii. Before resuming care for children, License Holder will erect a permanent fence in her yard to enclose an outdoor play space that is compliant with Minnesota Rules, part 9502.0300-9502.0445. License Holder agrees that children enrolled in her care will only use the fenced-in outdoor play space when playing outdoors.

iv. License Holder must comply with all applicable Minnesota Statutes and Rules, including Minnesota Statutes, chapters 245A and 245C and Minnesota Rules, parts 9502.0300 through 9502.0445.

v. No other variances as to age or capacity will be granted during the period of conditional license.
