While under the conditional license, the License Holder shall comply with the following terms: a. The License Holder must ensure that the household member identified in the Non-Public Provider Agreement is not present in the family child care home according to the terms in the Non-Public Provider Agreement. b. The License Holder must comply with all applicable Minnesota Statutes and Rules, including Minnesota Rules, parts 9502.0300 through 9502.0445.
