May 16, 2023 License number: 1088317 FCC Elizabeth Saldivar-Hernandez 2414 2nd Street Northeast Minneapolis, MN 55418-3410 ORDER LIFTING IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION Dear Ms. Saldivar-Hernandez: In an order dated April 24, 2023, the Commissioner of the Department of Human Services temporarily immediately suspended your license to provide family child care due to a determination that the health, safety, and rights of children in your care were in imminent risk of harm. Based upon information received, the Department of Human Services is lifting the previous Order of Temporary Immediate Suspension. Therefore, effective immediately, you may resume operation of your family child care program located at 2414 2nd Street Northeast, Minneapolis, MN, in accordance with the terms of your license.
