August 25, 2023 License number: 1095750 FCC Heidi Miller 705 Dale Street Southwest Hutchinson, MN 55350 ORDER LIFTING IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION Dear Ms. Miller: In an order dated August 8, 2023, the Commissioner of the Department of Human Services temporarily immediately suspended your license to provide family child care due to a determination that the health, safety, and rights of children in your care were in imminent risk of harm. Based upon information received, the Department of Human Services is lifting the previous Order of Temporary Immediate Suspension. Therefore, effective immediately, you may resume operation of your family child care program located at 705 Dale Street Southwest, Hutchinson, MN, in accordance with the terms of your license.
