January 8, 2024 Brittney Litzau 500 7th Street North Atwater, MN 56209 License number: 1078217 FCC ORDER LIFTING IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION Dear Ms. Litzau: In an order dated December 14, 2023, the Commissioner of the Department of Human Services temporarily immediately suspended your license to provide family child care due to a determination that the health, safety, and rights of children in your care were in imminent risk of harm. Based upon information received, the Department of Human Services is lifting the previous Order of Temporary Immediate Suspension. Therefore, effective immediately, you may resume operation of your family child care program located at 500 7th Street North, Atwater MN, in accordance with the terms of your license.
