Terms of Settlement Agreement: The License Holder’s family child care license shall be placed on conditional status for a period of one year from the effective date of this Settlement Agreement. While under the conditional license, the License Holder shall comply with the following terms: a. Follow and comply with all applicable Minnesota Rules and Laws, including the obligation to notify the county when household membership changes and ensure that a background study under Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 245C is submitted for all individuals required to have one. b. No variances to age distribution or capacity will be granted during the conditional period.
