Based upon information received, the Department of Human Services is rescinding the previous Order to Pay a Fine. Therefore, effective immediately, you are not required to pay the fine from the Order dated March 11, 2024. This rescission of the fine does not affect the Correction Order issued to the program on January 16, 2024, which is pending review following a request for administrative reconsideration.
