ORDER RESCINDING THE ORDER TO PAY A FINE Dear Ms. Woodward: In an order dated November 7, 2024, the Commissioner of the Department of Human Services issued an Order to Pay a Fine on your license to provide family child care due to a determination that you provided false and misleading information when you failed to comply with a correction order issued to your program on August 12, 2024. Based upon information received, the Department of Human Services (DHS) is rescinding the previous Order to Pay a Fine. The correction order issued on August 12, 2024, still stands which includes three licensing violations. If you requested reconsideration of this correction order it will continue to be reviewed by our legal team here at DHS and a final decision will be issued.
