January 16, 2025 Michael Langer, Authorized Agent Faithful Beginnings at Maternity of Mary St Andrew 592 Arlington Avenue West St Paul, MN 55117 License Number 830221 (Child Care) ORDER RESCINDING ORDER TO PAY A FINE Dear Michael Langer: On December 16, 2024, the Department of Human Services (DHS) issued Faithful Beginnings at Maternity of Mary St Andrew School an Order to Pay a Fine (“Fine Order”) based on a background study violation. Following the issuance of the Fine Order, DHS received additional information relevant to the background study violation. After reviewing this information, DHS has determined that there is insufficient evidence to support the violation for which the fine was issued. As a result, the December 16, 2024, Order to Pay a Fine is hereby rescinded. This Order supersedes the Order dated December 16, 2024, and an appeal of that original Order is no longer applicable.
