ORDER LIFTING TEMPORARY IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION Dear Ms. Sinclair: In an order dated June 12, 2025, the Commissioner of the Department of Human Services temporarily immediately suspended your license to provide family child care due to a determination that the health, safety, and rights of children in your care were in imminent risk of harm. Based upon information received, the Department of Human Services is lifting the previous Order of Temporary Immediate Suspension. Therefore, effective immediately, you may resume operation of your family child care program located at 724 University Avenue, Crookston, MN in accordance with the terms of your license.
