ORDER LIFTING TEMPORARY IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION Dear Ms. Knoll: On January 27, 2026, the Commissioner of the Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) temporarily immediately suspended your license to provide family child care due to a determination that the health, safety, and rights of children in your care were in imminent risk of harm. Based upon information received, the Department of Children, Youth and Families is lifting the previous Order of Temporary Immediate Suspension. Therefore, effective immediately, you may resume operation of your family child care program located at 11791 139th Avenue North, Dayton, MN in accordance with the terms of your license.
