PUBLIC Summary of Settlement Agreement License Holder: Vanessa Peterson License Number: 1089962 Program Type: Adult Foster Care Date of Licensing Action: June 11, 2025 Licensing Action Taken: Order of License Revocation Action appealed and settlement agreement signed by Commissioner on: March 2, 2026 Terms of Settlement Agreement: DHS will not impose the Order of License Revocation. License Holder may operate pursuant to all Adult Foster Care licensing rules and statutes and terms of the settlement agreement. Within 60 days of the executed agreement, the License Holder will bring all documentation required per rule and statute into compliance, including, but not limited to, the individual resident placement agreement (IRPA), program abuse prevention plan (PAPP), individual abuse prevention plan (IAPP), and mobility assessment (MA). License Holder will surrender the adult foster care license once the License Holder is no longer providing adult foster care to the vulnerable adult, who is identified in the Non-Public Agreement that is incorporated by reference in the settlement agreement.
