April 7, 2026 Lori Wilson, Authorized Agent Turning Point, Inc. 1500 Golden Vly Rd Minneapolis, MN 55411 License Number 811027 (245G) ORDER LIFTING TEMPORARY IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION Dear Lori Wilson: The Department of Human Services (DHS) is lifting the March 12, 2026, Order of Temporary Immediate Suspension of your substance use disorder treatment license located at 1500 Golden Vly Rd, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55411. This Order is effective immediately and you may resume operation of your substance use disorder treatment program at this location. DHS temporarily immediately suspended your license to provide substance use disorder treatment based on a determination that the health, safety, and rights of persons served by your program were at imminent risk of harm. DHS received the final portion of your response to the Order of Temporary Immediate Suspsnsion on April 03, 2026 and has determined that there are no longer conditions in the program that present an imminent risk of harm to the health, safety, and rights of persons served by the program. While this order allows you to resume the immediate operation of your program, DHS will continue to monitor ongoing compliance with your substance use disorder treatment license.
