CERTIFIED MAIL June 3, 2026 Emily Skoog 3911 Valley View Drive Northeast Bemidji, MN 56601 License number: 1082732 FCC ORDER LIFTING TEMPORARY IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION Dear Ms. Skoog: In an order dated March 23, 2026, the Commissioner of the Department of Children Youth and Families temporarily immediately suspended your license to provide family child care due to a determination that the health, safety, and rights of children in your care were in imminent risk of harm. Based upon information received, the Department of Children, Youth and Families is lifting the previous Order of Temporary Immediate Suspension. Therefore, effective immediately, you may resume operation of your family child care program located at 3911 Valley View Drive Northeast, Bemidji, MN in accordance with the terms of your license. Under 245C.13, subdivision 2, an individual is prohibited from living in a household with a family child care license prior to the completion of a background study. Additionally, under 9502.0375, subpart 2, you must report to Beltrami County a change in household membership.
