Who is eligible for Minnesota Health Care ProgramsMinnesota Health Care Programs help people who live in Minnesota pay for all or some medical bills. The programs are generally for people who cannot get or afford health insurance elsewhere. Some people who already have insurance may also be eligible for help. You must meet program rules to get coverage. There are rules about income, assets, insurance coverage and other factors. Some rules are different for different people. For example, the income limit you must meet depends on your age, who lives with you, and whether you are pregnant or have a disability.
