Fair hearings decision database

A searchable database of fair hearings decisions is now available on the DHS Web site. The database contains a comprehensive collection of decisions, with private data and county identifying data removed, dating back to July 2001.

The archive includes a keyword search function, and is available to members of the public interested in seeing how the appeals function has addressed particular issues. More information about state appeal hearings is available online.
