Keeping your coverage current

Your information is reviewed at certain times to see if you still qualify for Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP). This review process is called a renewal. You will get a letter in the mail telling you when you need to complete the renewal. The letter will include the form you need to complete. If you misplace the form, contact your worker.
