How to apply for Minnesota Health Care Programs

Apply online

ApplyMN is Minnesota's secure, online system you can use to apply for health care programs. You may also apply for cash assistance, SNAP (food support), emergency help, and child care assistance at the same time.

To get started, set up a Minnesota Human Services Online user ID and password. If you already have a user ID and password, you can log in to ApplyMN directly.
