County-level demographic data

County-level demographic data presented via this Web portal to provide individuals and groups with local data to support planning and action in their communities and regions. Where data allows, users may select multiple years to determine trends, if any. All reports have been designed to provide data in useful easy to read formats.

Current reports focus on summary demographic data. Future reports will cover elements of all five strategic themes identified in the Transform 2010 initiative. This initiative’s work continues as Aging 2030.
