MNsure marketplace and Contact Center hours

Account and application services of MNsure.org are available daily from 6:00 a.m. to midnight.

MNsure Contact Center (1-855-366-7873 or 1-855-3MNSURE):

8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday

9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Saturday

Sunday – closed

The Contact Center will be closed on Saturday, June 21, and will reopen on Monday, June 23, with new summer hours: 8 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday.

DHS Member Help Desk

Phone Issues: We are having issues with our phone service. If you try to contact the MHCP Member Help Desk and are not able to get through, please hang up and try your call tomorrow. Staff is working to fix the issues. We will update this website with additional information as we receive it. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

Applicants and enrollees for MinnesotaCare or Medical Assistance can call the DHS Member Help Desk.

The help desk serves members of the Minnesota Health Care Programs, which include Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare. People enrolled in a health plan need to call their health plan’s member services with questions about covered services.

  • • Minnesota Health Care Programs member ID card requests
  • • finding providers who accept Minnesota Health Care Programs fee-for-service coverage
  • • questions about services covered under fee-for-service
  • • coverage if you are out of the state
  • • status of claims
  • • spenddowns
  • • prior authorizations
  • • home care service agreements
  • • Explanation of Medical Benefits requests.

  • • Have questions about eligibility
  • • Need to report changes in household, income or assets.
