MNsure marketplace and Contact Center hours
Account and application services of MNsure.org are available daily from 6:00 a.m. to midnight.
MNsure Contact Center (1-855-366-7873 or 1-855-3MNSURE):
8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
9:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m. Saturday
Visit MNsure.org to shop for plans and find information about MNsure.
5:00 p.m. Saturday, March 1 to 6:00 a.m. Monday, March 3 MNsure website will be down for system maintenance. Consumers will not be able to create an account, apply, enroll, or log in to an account during this time.
DHS Member Help Desk
Applicants and enrollees for MinnesotaCare or Medical Assistance can call the DHS Member Help Desk.
The help desk serves members of the Minnesota Health Care Programs, which include Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare. People enrolled in a health plan need to call their health plans member services with questions about covered services.
