The helpdesk serves members of the Minnesota Health Care Programs, which include Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare. People enrolled in a health plan need to call their health plan’s member services with questions about covered services.

  • • finding providers who accept Minnesota Health Care Programs fee-for-service coverage
  • • questions about services covered under fee-for-service
  • • coverage if you are out of the state
  • • status of claims
  • • spenddowns
  • • prior authorizations
  • • home care service agreements
  • • Explanation of Medical Benefits requests.
  • Contact your county office or MinnesotaCare if you:

  • • Have questions about eligibility
  • • Need to report changes in household, income or assets.
