The 2009 Legislature passed the State-County Results, Accountability and Service Delivery Reform Act (Act) (Minnesota Statutes Chapter 402A). The act establishes the Steering Committee on Performance and Outcome Reforms. The committee’s purpose is to establish a list of essential human services (mandated by federal or state government) and to establish minimum outcome standards for those services and develop a uniform data collection and review process.
The work plan schedule identifies the status of the deliverables of the committee. Quarterly reports provide a brief summary of the committee work for the time period noted.
