Finding a doctor or other health care provider
If you are enrolled in a health plan:
You must go to doctors, dentists and other providers who are in your health plan’s network for most services.
If you are not in a health plan:
You can go to any doctor, dentist or other provider who accepts Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP) fee-for-service coverage.
