The Minnesota Department of Human Services through its Disability Services Division is seeking proposals to provide consultation, evaluation and information for lead agencies on the use of technology for people with disabilities of all ages who live in their own homes. Work is proposed to begin Sept. 1, 2010.
Proposals submitted in response to this request for proposal must be received no later than 4 p.m. on Thursday, July 29, 2010. Late proposals will not be considered. Fax or e-mailed proposals will not be considered.
