More people are eligible for Medical AssistanceStarting March 1, 2011, additional low income people became eligible for Medicaid benefits under expansion of Minnesota’s Medical Assistance (MA) program. Adults may qualify if they do not have children beginning under age 21 in the home, and they meet the income limits of: People may apply through their local county office.
