Special Needs Purchasing holds stakeholder meetings periodically during the year for Seniors and People with Disabilities in Managed Care.

As of December, 2014, stakeholders can now receive e-mail alerts regarding upcoming stakeholder meetings for seniors and people with disabilities in managed care and receive current information about the Dual Demonstration (Dual Demo) by subscribing to our new Dual Demo Mailing List.

Stakeholders may also participate in meetings via telephone, in-person, or live webinar.

Stakeholders attending a meeting in person at the DHS Lafayette building must sign in at the Information Desk and provide the license number of the vehicle parked in the DHS visitor lot. Lafayette building location (PDF) (DHS-4023A) (directions and parking info (PDF) (DHS-3980A).

Accomodations: To request a reasonable accommodation for a meeting, please indicate you have a specific need within the new meeting registration system. A member of the Special Needs Purchasing team will follow-up accordingly via email.
