Nursing Facility Rates and Policy (NFRP) Division
The Nursing Facility Rates and Policy (NFRP) Division is responsible for policy development and interpretation and program administration for Nursing Facilities (NFs), Boarding Care Homes (BCHs), and Institutions for Mental Disease (IMD)/NFs. NFRP also implements rates and develops policy for NF rates, the provision of services to residents in NFs, quality of care and life for NF residents and transitions to and from a NF level of care.
Our focus is on the needs of Minnesota's elderly that live in nursing facilities, ensuring quality care and services and providing information and resources related to nursing facilities and nursing facility care.
