For a paper subscription to bulletins, contact the State Bookstore at (651) 297-3000 or (800) 657-3757 for information on how to obtain a subscription.

If you are added to the distribution list, you will be notified of all new bulletins, not just certain ones.

According to DHS policy, bulletins that are more than two years old that are not reissued are considered obsolete. Therefore, bulletins more than two years old are obsolete and not currently available on the DHS web site.
