Day Training and Habilitation (DT&H)
What is Day Training and Habilitation?
Day Training and Habilitation (DT&H) are licensed supports to help adults:
DT&H services are located in 81 counties in Minnesota and serve over 12,000 persons.
Who is eligible for DT&H services?
Eligibility for DT&H services is determined through a screening process. To be eligible for DT&H services a person must meet all of the following conditions:
For persons who receive DT&H services under the Developmental Disability Waiver, they must have at least one residential service offered through the waiver.

What services does a DT&H provide?
