Get connected to services with Senior LinkAge Line®
The Area Agencies provide a free information and assistance service called the Senior LinkAge Line® that assists older adults and their caregivers with a variety of options for living independently. The Senior LinkAge Line® can be accessed at (800) 333-2433. The Senior LinkAge Line® is also the point of contact for RxConnect, a new clearinghouse devoted to helping people of all ages sort through the options they have to lower their prescription drug costs.

With just one call you can find services near you or get help reviewing your situation to determine what service might be helpful.

Calls to the Senior LinkAge Line® are free of charge, although there may be a charge for the services in your community you are referred to.

Don’t wait. Contact Senior LinkAge Line® now. The Senior LinkAge Line® is answered from 8:00 am to 4:30 p.m. weekdays. Messages can be left 24 hours a day.

Senior LinkAge Line is a service of the Minnesota Board on Aging and the Minnesota Area Agencies on Aging.

www.minnesotahelp.info has a statewide database of community resources with special topic areas containing resources for older adults. If you are looking for information on services for people of other ages available in another state - www.minnesotahelp.info can link you to those resources.

The counties provide Long-term Care Consultation. These consultants can assist in getting access to the services you need to remain independent. www.minnesotahelp.infoTM can help you find the county long-term care consultation program closest to you.
