Grants and resources
The Department of Human Services-Aging and Adult Services Division provides grant opportunities to help Minnesota communities meet the challenges of Transform 2010 and the forecasted pressures on Minnesota’s long-term support system. We work with partners statewide to increase the capacity of home and community-based services to better meet the needs and preferences of current and future older Minnesotans so they may live in their communities of choice.

Now accepting proposals
The Aging & Adult Services Division is currently accepting proposals for Fiscal Year (FY) 2011 Community Service / Community Services Development Grants.
Due to a reduction in State funding for CS/SD grants, the Department of Human Services is unable to fund applications in FY 2011 for new construction, renovation or remodeling of existing buildings used to provide affordable services for older adults.
