The DHS Member and Provider Services unit coordinates training for fee-for-service providers enrolled to serve recipients of Minnesota Health Care Programs. This page is updated regularly to reflect upcoming provider workshops.

Types of Trainings
MHCP offers many workshops through webinar as well as in person. Webinar attendees will:

MHCP offers live in-person/lab training workshop sessions in both computer laboratory (lab) sites and group presentations depending on the training curriculum.
Computer Lab sessions offer the attendee the ability to participate using a computer (provided). An instructor leads attendees in navigating, locating information and using the MHCP Provider website, other related website pages and Internet based applications including, but not limited to, the MN–ITS application. Participants are welcome to bring problem claim issues for additional help from the instructor at the end of the session.
MHCP provides training locations and parking information in each session detail.

If you need a reasonable accommodation to participate in a workshop, contact DHS Member and Provider Services. We will contact you by email to verify your request. Please note that it may take up to four (4) weeks for us to arrange for an ASL interpreter.
