| Child and Teen Checkups (C&TC) is the name for Minnesota’s Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosis and Treatment (EPSDT) Program. |
| • C&TC claims using S0302 and missing a HIPAA referral code will deny. This is effective for dates of service on or after 6/1/11. The posting on the claim is adjustment code CO A1 and remittance advice remarks code N78 |
| • Effective January 1, 2010 Maternal Depression Screening will be covered as a separate service when performed during a C&TC or other Pediatric visit |
