How do I know the amount of my MinnesotaCare premium?
You can call MinnesotaCare to find out the amount and due date of your next premium:

How do I pay my premium?
Allow enough time for your premium to arrive by the due date on your bill. Do not mail cash. Write your case number on your check or money order and mail it with the payment stub from your premium notice to:

Pay your premium at the MinnesotaCare office in downtown St. Paul. You may pay by cash, check or money order. If you pay by cash, you must have the exact amount.
County offices do not take MinnesotaCare premium payments.
What happens if I do not pay my premium?
If your coverage has started and you do not pay your premium, your coverage will end until you pay your premium again.
