CDCS support planning services: Optional services that are available to help a person develop and implement their CDCS community support plan. If a person chooses to receive support planning services, the cost is included in their budget.

A certified CDCS support planner provides CDCS support planning services to help the person develop their CDCS community support plan and comply with established CDCS policy, self-direction principles and federally approved waiver plans. For more information about the support planner’s role and qualifications, refer to CDCS Manual – Support planners (unbundled).
