12.6 Notices to Providers

ISSUE DATE: 08/2025

Providers must receive:

  • · Notification regarding the number of authorized hours. See Chapter 12 (Notices) and 12.6.3 (Approval Notices - Provider).
  • · Adverse Action Notices. See Chapter 12.6.6 (Adverse Action Notices – Provider). See Chapter 12.1 (15-Day Notice Requirements).
  • · Notification when a family’s redetermination is due. See Chapter 12.6.15 (Redetermination Due Provider Notice).
  • · Termination Notices. See Chapter 12.6.9 (Termination Notices – Provider).
  • · Deductions Required By Law Notices. See Chapter 12.6.12 (Payment Deduction Required By Law Notices).
  • · Provider Overpayment Notices. See Chapter 12.9 (Notice of Overpayment).
  • Providers receive mailed paper notices by default. Providers may opt to receive notices only through the Provider Hub. If a provider has opted to receive notices only through the Provider Hub, it will be reflected on the Provider Address page in MEC².
