Transition from PCA to CFSS | DHS is in the process of replacing personal care assistance (PCA) and the Consumer Support Grant (CSG) with Community First Services and Supports (CFSS). Overview | This page describes how to complete the AHC3 screen for both PCA and CFSS. The AHC3 screen contains comments about a PCA/CFSS SA that the county/tribal nation needs to communicate to DHS. The county/tribal nation and DHS also use the AHC3 screen for other services or programs. The county/tribal nation does not always use the AHC3 screen. Comments the county/tribal nation enters on the AHC3 screen do not appear in the person’s SA letter (i.e., recipient letter) or provider’s SA letter. | ||
