MN−ITS

MN−ITS is the DHS billing system for providers enrolled in Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP). You must be an MHCP-enrolled provider AND registered to use MN−ITS to access the system.

MN–ITS moved to LoginMN on June 13, 2026. LoginMN is a widescale, all-Minnesota state agency effort to improve security, enhance program integrity and pull all state applications under one sign on.
