SNAP:
Exclude reimbursements for past or future expenses, other than normal living expenses, to the extent the reimbursement does not exceed the actual expenses and does not represent a gain or benefit to the SNAP unit. This includes reimbursements from employment and training programs, volunteer service programs, county or Tribal Nation social services programs, jury duty, employment, and reimbursements for medical expenses.

Also, exclude reimbursements or flat allowances for job or training related expenses such as travel, per diem, uniforms, and transportation to and from a job or training site over and above basic wages.
