U-VISA HOLDERS

U-Visa holders are victims of crime who have suffered mental or physical abuse and have been helpful to law enforcement or government officials in the investigation or prosecution of criminal activity.

SAVE will report that U-visa holders are non-immigrants.

Eligibility

  • MFIP (state-funded cash and food)
  • SNAP if age 50 or over (state-funded)
  • MSA
  • GA

Most common examples of Immigration Documentation

  • USCIS Approval Notice for form I-918 Petition for a U-visa.
