Description.
| The participant must meet all of the following criteria: · Have a disorder in 1 or more of the neurological processes involved in processing or organizing information.· Have been assessed by a vocational specialist or qualified professional.· Be restricted in the range of work able to be done or unable to get or keep work of at least 20 hours a week. |

How Often to Review Documentation.
| Request updated verification at least annually, but sooner if the medical opinion indicates a shorter time frame.

Additional Requirements.
| If the participant speaks only limited or no English: · The determination must be made by a qualified professional with experience conducting culturally appropriate assessments whenever possible.· The county or tribe may accept reports that identify an IQ range as opposed to a specific score.· These reports must include a statement of confidence in the results.· Ensure that the assessment identifies the interpreter and the interpreter’s qualifications and relationship to the participant or assessor. |
