19.3 Non-Compliance

Participants are not complying with MFIP employment services if they fail to:

Complete a professional chemical use assessment if required by the employment counselor, see 6.24 (Mental/Chemical Health Screening/Assessments). | Non-compliance with employment plan. |
Accept a suitable job. See SUITABLE EMPLOYMENT in 2.39 (Glossary: S...). | Failed to accept suitable employment. |
Continue working at a job that is suitable, see 10 (Paid Employment). | Quit suitable employment without good cause. |
Report any change in employment status within 10 days. | Non-compliance with employment plan. |
Meet school attendance requirements for teen parents. See 9.6 (Education Requirements). | Under 20; failed education requirements. |
