Equity Partnership

The Equity Partnership is a collaborative, system-wide approach, and opportunity for alignment, to advancing equity in the human services system in Minnesota. The purpose of the Equity Partnership is to improve the lives of people of color and American Indians by advancing equity and eliminating racial and ethnic disparities in Minnesota.

The Equity Partnership is comprised of directors, leaders, and staff from across the state of Minnesota’s human services system. The goal is to include representatives from counties, tribes, communities, the Department of Children Youth and Families, and the Department of Human Services.
