Purpose: To announce new DHS Waiver Reimagine project and to solicit public feedback
The Minnesota Department of Human Services has posted information about its new Waiver Reimagine project that will identify and recommend system-level improvements to Minnesota’s disability waiver programs.
Authorized by the Minnesota Legislature in 2017, the Waiver Reimagine project is designed to produce system-level recommendations that give people more choice and control over the disability waiver services they receive.
