2019 EIDBI provider input and information

The Minnesota Department of Human Services invites current and potential EIDBI providers to attend provider input sessions in 2019.

The purpose of these meetings is informational and highly recommended as DHS will provide updates, discuss policies including proposed changes, and gather provider feedback.

Target audience

Enrolled and interested EIDBI and Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Evaluation (CMDE) providers


You can attend in-person or via webinar. All attendees must register due to limited space.
Follow registration instructions exactly, or you may not be able to locate the webinar sessions

Registration information

Register using TrainLink: you must have a unique key to register and receive credit for training.

1. Go to TrainLink2. Select Disability Services Learning Center3. Select Sign On in the upper right hand corner 4. Enter your unique key5. Select Upcoming Classes/Class Registration6. Select All DSD Classes7. Search ‘EIDBI provider input and information”8. Locate the session9. Select the class10. Select Enroll in this class and follow the registration instructions.
