March 11, 2026 Lisa Weiss, Authorized Agent Rocking Horse Ranch, Inc. 14859 Louisiana Ave S Savage, MN 55378 License Number 1120376(Child Care Center) ORDER LIFTING TEMPORARY IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION Dear Lisa Weiss: The Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) is lifting the September 23, 2025, Order of Temporary Immediate Suspension of your child care license located at 14859 Louisiana Ave S, Savage, Minnesota 55378. This Order is effective immediately and you may resume operation of your child care at this location. DCYF temporarily immediately suspended your license to provide child care based on a determination that the health, safety, and rights of children served by your program were at imminent risk of harm. DCYF conducted a maltreatment investigation and has determined that there are no longer conditions in the program that present an imminent risk of harm to the health, safety, and rights of children served by the program. While this order allows you to resume the immediate operation of your program, DCYF will continue to monitor ongoing compliance with your licensed child care center.
