DSD training news and information

DHS provides a variety of training opportunities for lead agency staff and other interested stakeholders. Available training focuses on the state and federal programs administered by DSD and DHS.

The terminology used to describe people with disabilities has changed over time. DHS supports the use of "People First" language. Although outmoded and offensive terms might be found within documents on the DHS website, DHS does not endorse these terms.
