Agencies are required to submit waiting list numbers to DHS CCAP monthly. DHS CCAP updates waiting list numbers monthly and posts the statewide list on the DHS website. The number of families are reported by priority group and length of time on the waiting list by submitting the Child Care Basic Sliding Fee Monthly Waiting List (DHS-5671) (PDF). If an agency has zero families on the waiting list, the Child Care Basic Sliding Fee Monthly Waiting List (DHS-5671) (PDF) still needs to be submitted with zeros reported for all priorities and comments added as needed.
