This document will need a RTF Document Template Header attached. Existing documents will remain available and editable, but cannot be copied forward. Highlighted changes include: 1. Text updated to meet plain language standards. 2. Victim name removed from the letter. 3. MN Measures 8, 9 and 10 were updated to limit the inclusion of alleged victims to only those who also had a screened-in allegation in the initiating intake (to better match the logic used by the reporting staff for state and/or federal reporting.) 2. MN Measures 8 and 9 were also updated to include the new INV_TRACK_REASON_CD of “Investigation Required” to the definition of Substantial Child Endangerment (SCE). |

| Security | User View Log: Data created by the User View Log is now being archived nightly when the data is older than six months. Since the User View Log could potentially create a high volume of data, SSIS wanted to avoid performance problems that could result from a large volume in the agency’s data base. If agencies wish to have User View Log data restored that is older than six months, please contact the SSIS Help Desk to make that request including a time period to restore. |
| Service Plan & Review | Out of Home Placement Plans (all variations): The dynamic grids on the screens "Face to Face Visits" and "Other Contacts" are no longer editable when the service plan is finalized (Active, Inactive, or Discarded status). Options for adding or deleting rows in the grid no longer display when the service plan is finalized. |
| SW Case Access | SW Case Access: For new access requests, in order to view the details in Intakes users are now assigned as secondary workers to Intake Workgroups, as well as the Assessment and Case Management WGs. NOTE: This does not include Intakes associated with previously approved workgroups. Those Intake workgroups will be assigned in a future release. |
| Vulnerable Adult | Safety tab: The "Assessment for Emergency Protection" section correctly clears the first option ("Recent sexual assault and has not received a sexual assault examination") when selecting the option "Not aware of an immediate risk of physical assault, sexual assault or abuse, serious injury or loss of health, or death to the VA." Spelling error is also corrected for "assault". |

In these situations, the second EPS agency may see a blank "Lead Investigative Agency" grid on the "Referral" tab. Use the "Refresh LIA Status" option in the "Action" menu to update the grid with current information. |
