Public meeting announcement: Electronic visit verification

Description

Minnesota soon will require electronic visit verification (EVV) for personal care, some home and community-based services and home health services. The change is required by the 21st Century Cures Act To explore what the change will mean, DHS is holding public meetings in April. Topics for these meetings will include:

  • An overview of EVV requirements
  • Review of comments and concerns already shared with us
  • Review of recommendations from the 2018 report to the Minnesota Legislature
  • Information about the current survey about existing use of EVV among Minnesota provider agencies.
